Intention is powerful. Every morning, we are given the choice how to greet the day. I use a grounding meditation practice every morning, whether I have five minutes or twenty, to consciously create the kind of day I want to have. You, too, can use this practice to create the kind of day you deserve.

This practice allows you to set a grounding cord inside you. If you tend to wake up anxious or stressed out, this practice of visualization and meditation will enable you to move into a new day calming and fully connected to your body.
